Luke Verses of Jesus Predicting His Own Death and Resurrection Before It Happened

When Challenged, Jesus Tells Them His Disciples Will Fast When He Is Taken From Them
And they said unto Him, Why do the disciples of John fast often, and make prayers, and likewise the disciples of the Pharisees: but Thine eat and drink? And He said unto them, Can ye make the children of the bride chamber fast, while the bridegroom is with them? But the days will come, when the bridegroom shall be taken away from them, and then shall they fast in those days. Luke 5:33-35

Jesus Predicted His Death and Resurrection to Prepare His Disciples

And they were all amazed at the mighty power of God. But while they wondered every one at all things which Jesus did, he said unto His disciples, Let these sayings sink down into your ears: for the Son of Man shall be delivered into the hands of men. But they understood not this saying, and it was hid from them, that they perceived it not: and they feared to ask Himm of that saying. Luke 9: 43-45

Jesus Is Predicting His Death Through Picturesque Language in this Verse
And He said unto them, Go ye, and tell that fox, Behold, I cast out [evil spirits], and I do cures to  day and to tomorrow, and the third day I shall be perfected. Nevertheless I must walk to day, and to morrow, and the day following: for it cannot be that a prophet perish out of Jerusalem. O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, which killest the prophets, and stonest them that are sent unto thee; how often would I have gathered thy children together, as a hen doth gather her brood under her wings, and ye would not! Behold, your house is left unto you desolate: and verily I say unto you, Ye shall not see Me, until the time come when ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord. Luke 13:32-35

Jesus Was Speaking of His Suffering and Death on the Cross before His Resurrection
But first must [Jesus] suffer many things, and be rejected of this generation: Luke 17:25

Jesus Predicts His Being Beaten, Mocked, Spit Upon, Killed and Rising from the Dead
Then He took unto Him the twelve, and said unto them, Behold, we go up to Jerusalem, and all things that are written by the prophets concerning the Son of Man shall be accomplished. For He shall be delivered unto the Gentiles, and shall be mocked, and spitefully entreated, and spitted on: And they shall scourge Him, and put Him to death: and the third day He sahll rise again. Luke 18:31-33

*Jesus Predicts Where the Colt Is, What the Owners Will Say & Do on Palm Sunday
And it came to pass, when He was come nigh to Bethphage and Bethany, at the mount called the mount of Olives, He sent two of His disciples, Saying, Go ye into the village over against you; in the which at your  entering ye shall find a colt tied, whereon yet never man sat: loose him, and bring him hither. And if any man ask you, Why do ye loose him? thus shall ye say unto him, Because the Lord hath need of him. and they that were sent went their way, and found even as He had said unto them. And as they were loosing the colt, the owners thereof said unto them, Why loose ye the colt? And they said, The Lord hath need of him. . Luke 19: 29-34

Palm Sunday, a Week Before Jesus' Death and Resurrection, They Praised Jesus
And they brought him to Jesus: and they cast their garments upon the colt, and they set Jesus thereon. And as he went, they spread their clothes in the way. And when He was come nigh, even now at the descent of the mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the might works that they had seen: Saying, Blessed be the King that cometh in the name of the Lord: peace in heaven, and glory in the highest. And some of the Pharisees from among the multitude said unto Him, Master, rebuke Thy disciples. And He answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these should hold  their peace, the stones would immediately cry out. Luke 19:35-40

Jesus Tells a Parable Telling How the Lord of the Vineyard [God the Father] Sent Many Others [Prophets], but Were Treated Terribly and Then Sends His Own Son [Jesus]Who Is Killed
Then began He to speak to the people this parable; A certain man planted a vineyard, and let it forth to husbandmen, and went into a far country for a long time. And at the season he sent a servant to the husbandmen, that they should give him of the fruit of the vineyard: but the husbandmen beat him, and sent him away empty. And again he sent another servant: and they beat him also, and entreated him shamefully, and sent him away empty. And again he sent a third: and they wounded him also, and cast him out. Then said the lord of the vineyard, What shall I do? I will send My beloved Son: it may be they will reverence Him when they see Him. But when the husbandmen saw Him, they reasoned among themselves, saying, This is the heir: come, let us kill Him, that the inheritance may be ours. So they cast Him out of the vineyard, and killed Him. What therefore shall the lord of the vineyard do unto them? He shall come and destroy these husbandmen, and shall give the vineyard to others. And when they heard it, they said, God forbid. Luke 20:9-16

The Plot to Betray Jesus to the Chief Priests Starts to Take Place
Now the feast of unleavened bread drew nigh, which is called the Passover. And the chief priests and scribes sought how they might kill [Jesus]; For they feared the people. Then entered Satan into Judas surnamed Iscariot, being of the number of the twelve. And he went his way, and communed with the chief priests and captains, how he might betray [Jesus] unto them. And they were glad, and convented to give him money. And he promised, and sought opportunity to betray Him unto them in the absence of the multitude. Luke 22:1-6

Jesus Predicts His Disciples Will be Hated, Persecuted, Imprisoned and Some Even Killed, because of Their Faith in Him. Did That Stop Them? No, because They Knew the Truth!
But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for My name's sake. And it shall turn to you for a testimony. Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what ye shall answer: For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist. And ye shall be betrayed both by parents, and brethren, and kinsfolks, and friends, and some of you shall they cause to be put to death. And ye shall be hated of all men for My name's sake. Luke 21:12-17

Jesus, Being the Son of God, Already Knew Judas Was Going to Betray Him with a Kiss
And while He yet spake, behold a multitude, and he that was called Judas, one of the twelve, went before them, and drew near unto Jesus to kiss Him. But Jesus said unto him, Judas, betrayest thou the Son of Man with a kiss? Luke 22:47-48

* When Peter Says That He will Never Betray Him, Jesus Predicts That Peter Will Deny Him Three Times by the Next Morning
And he said unto [Jesus], Lord, I am ready to go with Thee, both into prison, and to death. And He said, I tell thee, Peter, the cock shall not crow this day, before that thou shalt thrice deny that thou knowest Me. Luke 22:33-34... And when they had kindled a fire in the midst of the hall, and were set down together, Peter sat down among them. But a certain maid beheld him as he sat by the fire, and earnestly looked upon him, and said, This man was also with Him. And he denied [Jesus], and said, Thou art also of them. And Peter said, Man, I am not. And about the space of one hour after another confidently affirmed, saying, of a truth this fellow also was with Him: for he is a Galilaean. And Peter said, man, I know not what thou sayest. And immediately, while he yet spake, the cock crew. And the Lord turned, and looked upon Peter. And Peter remembered the word of the Lord, how He had said unto him, Before the cock crow, thou shalt deny Me thrice. And Peter went out, and wept bitterly. Luke 22:55-62

Jesus Had Predicted That He Would be Mocked & Killed & This Shows Jesus Forgiving Those Who Mock & Crucify Him
Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted His raiment, and cast lots. And the people stood beholding. And the rulers also with them derided Him, saying, he saved others: let Him save Himself, if He be Christ, the chosen of God. And the soldiers also mocked Him, coming to Him, and offering Him vinegar,  And saying, If Thou be the King of the Jews, save Thyself. And a superscription also was written over Him in letters of the Greek, and Latin, and Hebrew, THIS IS THE KING OF THE JEWS. And one of the malefactors which were hanged railed on Him, saying, If Thou be Christ, save Thyself and us. But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou are in the same condemnation? And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss. and he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when Thou comest into Thy kingdom. And Jesus said unto Him, Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with Me in paradise. Luke 23:34-43

This Bible Verse Shows Jesus Died as He Had Predicted Some Time Before
And it was about the sixth hour, and there was a darkness over all the earth until the ninth hour. and the sun was darkened, and the veil of the temple was rent in the midst. And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, He said, Father, into Thy hands I commend My Spirit: and having said thus, He gave up the ghost. Now when the centurion saw what was done, he glorified God, saying, Certainly this was a righteous Man. Luke 23:44-47
